Lead Generation Specialist


We are seeking a part-time lead generation specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional who may have taken a step back from a traditional marketing and sales position due to family obligation (i.e. stay-at-home mom, caring for a parent) or someone who has recently retired and seeking part-time work.  We offer flexible scheduling and have a fun, productive work environment.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails

  • Develop a line of questioning and listening to uncover business needs and qualify pain points

  • Schedule meetings for the President via our online calendar

  • Maintain and update activity in our Zoho CRM system

  • Once completely trained, generate 8-10 phone calls per hour


  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent phone skills

  • Great attention to details

  • Customer service focused, energetic and outgoing

  • Ability to come into the Hudson office, as this is not a virtual position


  • 1-3 years’ experience in marketing and sales

  • Cold call experience important

Salary + Bonus + Growth

  • $15 per hour

  • Quarterly bonus

Digital Marketing Intern

The ideal applicant will possess strong knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, including various social media sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing content, monitoring and posting on social networks, participating in online outreach and promotion, optimizing our website and conducting keyword analysis, contribute to digital marketing strategy and website design. Those looking to gain valuable online experience with an established organization are encouraged to apply. 

Essential Responsibilities

  • Help create and implement a social media strategy and campaigns

  • Develop content and calendars and post according to the marketing strategy

  • Monitor analytics with and identify viable ideas

  • Attend local events and complete internal training 


  • Communications, Social Media, or Marketing Majors are preferred

  • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • In-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Snapchat

  • Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights

  • Video creation and editing experience a strong plus
