We at Sky Zone Boston Heights are so excited to be serving you starting in October! However, if you are new to the indoor trampoline park environment, you might have a few questions. And we want you to be fully prepared when we open our doors. 

So, here are some FAQs that we thought would be useful as you start planning your adventure. Please take note: If you have any additional questions after reading this information, shoot us a comment, send us an email or place a call. We are happy to serve you! 





What do I need to do first? 

It is vital you have a waiver signed. You can do this electronically or you can download a PDF and bring it into our facility. Once it is in our system, you are good to go for one year. 

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign for you. And if you are hosting a birthday party at our facility, all of the parents of the children whom you are bringing must sign for their child. 

What payment methods does Sky Zone accept? 

If you pay online, we accept Visa and Mastercard. However, if you are a walk-in jumper, we can certainly accept your cash payment! 

Does Sky Zone have a cancellation policy? 

Unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund if you have to cancel. If you are concerned about having to cancel, we suggest you call our number to see if you can get on the trampolines in the next few hours. 

What if I am late for my session? 

We will get you on the trampoline ASAP, but we suggest you arrive at Sky Zone Boston Heights 15-30 minutes before your session to check-in, sign your waiver, pay, get your Sky Socks on and listen to our safety information. 

If we are busy (and we will be for awhile after we open), we recommend you come 30 minutes prior to your jump time.

Can my family and I just show up and jump? 

The short answer is yes; the long answer is you are taking a chance. We want to serve you, but we are only allowed 140 jumpers at a time. If you come to the registration desk and you are the 141st jumper, you will need to wait for 30-90 minutes to jump! 

Sky Zone Boston Heights suggest you press the BOOK NOW tab and buy your time ahead of time after we open in October. That way you will not be disappointed! 

Do I have to be in a group? 

No way! We have open jump and other activities, such as SkyRobics, which can be enjoyed solo or in a group. 

Is there an entry fee if I just want to watch my child or friend jump? 

No, we welcome guests and parents to stay and watch if you do not want to jump. 

What should I wear? 

We recommend that you wear loose, comfortable clothing. You are required to wear Sky Socks which are included in your jumping price. 

Are there locker rooms for changing? 

At Sky Zone, we don't have any locker rooms but we do offer a limited number of lockers to store your valuables. 

Is there supervision on the trampolines? 

Absolutely! We have fun, friendly and well-trained court monitors to ensure everyone's visit is very safe

Can I bring in outside food and drink? 

No but we have an awesome Fuel Zone full of great food and drink selections.
